I don’t remember my password and/or username. What should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password or username, do the following:
- Go to the Granite website (the one starting with https://) that you want to log in to, and select “Have you forgotten your username and/or password?”
- Enter your email address or username (type the email entirely in lowercase and without any extra characters or spaces) and send the request.
- Check your email, including your spam, promotions, and other possible junk folders. The message should arrive within about 15 minutes at the latest.
- Open the link in the message. If the link doesn’t work or takes you to the login page, copy the link from the message and paste it into your browser’s address bar, try a different browser, or use a private/incognito window.
- Set a new password and log in. The recovery page will also show your username — check the exact spelling if you’re unsure of it.
Didn’t receive the recovery email?
- Make sure your email address is correct and that you’re using the same address linked to your Granite account.
- Try again if needed, and use a different browser. Ask your IT team to check that recovery emails are not being blocked.
- If your organization uses SSO/organizational login (such as Active Directory), password changes are done in your organization’s systems. In this case, Granite will not send you a reset link by email, even if you request one from the login page.
Is your account locked?
Multiple failed login attempts can lock your account. Contact Granite support—they will unlock it so you can reset your password.
Forgot your username?
Do a password reset using your email — the recovery page will also display your current username.
Security:
Granite support will never send passwords or ask for them by email. Do not share your recovery link with others.
